Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving patient engagement and improving medication adherence through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in generating business insights, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks. You should also be proficient in Python and SQL, with strong expertise in cloud-based ML frameworks such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience working with Snowflake and Databricks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate insights and build predictive models to drive patient engagement tactics
• Deploy large-scale machine learning models in production
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and other technical teams to onboard new data sources and optimize model development processes
• Analyze billions of transactional records at the Retail Pharmacy using Exploratory Data Analysis techniques

**Requirements:**

• 3+ years of experience in generating business insights, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks
• 3+ years of deployment experience in production
• Cloud-based ML frameworks (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Python and SQL
• Github and MLOps

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake and Databricks
• Experience working in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

**Education:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
• Master's degree or PhD preferred

**Salary Range:** $111,240.00 - $222,480.00 per year. This salary range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

This role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
