Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing fixtures, and commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mechanical systems, including identifying and replacing faulty components.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets high standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with resort staff, management, and guests to ensure that maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance and repair work.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, or a related field is required.
  • Education: Vocational training, associate's degree, certification, or apprenticeship in a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
