We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Aides at Heritage Village Assisted Living & Memory Care. As a senior care advocate, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in senior care.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with a valid training certificate.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing compassionate and respectful care to seniors.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, as well as stand for long periods of time.
