Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical care, including the prescribing and administration of medications in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to establish diagnoses for both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Review patient medical histories to ensure stability and eligibility for treatment programs, providing informed medical recommendations.
- Educate patients on the potential risks associated with their treatment plans.
- Continuously evaluate patient care, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
- Facilitate education for both patients and staff regarding medical maintenance and treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Foster a supportive and cooperative team environment, building trust and respect among colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid medical license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in addiction treatment is not a prerequisite.
Licenses/Certifications Required:
