What We SeekAt Pabio, a key aspect of our value proposition is delivering a photorealistic representation of users' apartments. Rather than a traditional e-commerce interface, we provide a catalog experience featuring an automatically generated 3D apartment model. To enhance our core technology, we are in search of a Senior 3D Software Developer / Technical Director with a robust background in Blender and 3D architecture. This role demands proficiency as both a 3D artist and a programmer. As our 3D Technical Director, you will collaborate directly with the founders, Carlo and Anand, playing a vital role in propelling the company forward.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the advancement of our 3D rendering pipeline.
- Create scripts for the automated generation of Blender file templates.
- Develop custom Blender add-ons and plugins to streamline common tasks.
- Produce photorealistic apartment renders and design 3D product models.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance their performance while being open to receiving feedback.
- Strong technical knowledge of 3D rendering workflows and pipelines.
- Solid mathematical understanding of computer graphics.
- Expertise in Blender, encompassing both modeling and rendering.
- Proficiency in Python and Blender scripting.
- Experience in developing Blender add-ons.
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Familiarity with other 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3DS Max, Maya, Cinema 4D).
- Experience with web-based 3D graphics (e.g., WebGL).
