Flight Paramedic

At Northern Arizona Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Flight Paramedic to join our team. As a Flight Paramedic, you will provide emergency care to patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Assess the needs and conditions of assigned patients by gathering relevant patient health information.
• Life-Saving Interventions: Proficient in life-saving interventions, including advanced airway management, endotracheal intubation, ventilator management, and chest decompression.
• Medication Administration: Demonstrates knowledge of pharmacological agents and ability to safely administer all medications.
• Autonomy: Functions with a high level of autonomy in providing critical care to patients of every age group and specialty.

Requirements:

• Certifications: Arizona certification as a Certified Emergency Paramedic (EMCT-P), BLS, ACLS & PALS, National Registry Paramedic, and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Paramedic, with previous flight experience preferred.
