Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mold Technician to join our team at Technimark LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all production tooling, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring that molds are in a production-ready state.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all production tooling, including repairing, cleaning, and servicing molds
  • Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving issues with molds and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation of the plant
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of mold information, including maintenance records and spare parts lists
  • Train and mentor less experienced employees on mold-related tasks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school and 3+ years of tool room experience preferred
  • Three years of experience in Injection Molding highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications relevant to the role
