Job DescriptionAs a Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator at MMI Engineered Solutions, you will be responsible for operating machines or assembly equipment to make parts or products. You will properly maintain all production documentation, position inserts, hand load and work pieces on machines, remove finished products from machines, visually inspect 100% of products for surface and dimension defects, complete all secondary operations on parts, fill in appropriate information on labels and associated documentation, package products for shipment, follow all safety policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and interact with clients and coworkers in a professional and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and ensure a safe working environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid work history, good interpersonal/communication skills, excellent attendance record, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products, and the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required.
You should also have a high school degree or equivalent, one or more years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
