Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Bilingual Event Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for representing the Leaf Home brand at various events, building brand awareness, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend consumer-facing shows, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, to promote the Leaf Home brand and products.
  • Interact with event attendees, provide informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Utilize proven sales strategies and training resources to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Transport, assemble, and disassemble display equipment and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Submit sales leads at the conclusion of each event and meet predetermined performance goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to actively listen, rebut objections, and answer questions regarding product performance or quality.
  • Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and engage attendees with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings, with occasional overnight travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry.
