Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Disclosure Compliance Specialist to join our team at Planet Home Lending. As a key member of the Disclosure Team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by handling all loan file initial disclosures and re-disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Issues initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers for multiple loan types in multiple states.
• Responds and addresses all lock extension & relock requests, requesting appropriate locks from Secondary along with determining responsible party for any fees incurred for extension/relock
• Handles all Adverse Actions scenarios, generating documents to issue to borrowers

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience, specifically issuing disclosures/re-disclosures required
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documents, loan origination program and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficient in all compliance-related regulations governed by applicable federal, state and local consumer protection laws.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Works well with others.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Moderate PC skills (MS Office products) and experience with mortgage origination systems
