Our newly opened Clubhouse features three full-service dining establishments, a grand ballroom, and various banquet spaces, enhancing our existing culinary offerings. With multiple full-service kitchens, a dedicated pastry shop, and a butcher shop, we aim to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Craft and present a variety of desserts and baked items.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols diligently.
- Ensure all products are stored, prepared, and served in accordance with established standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Follow precise recipes, including the measurement, weighing, and mixing of ingredients, while managing portion and production levels.
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces and kitchen tools.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and organize ingredients, tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and products.
- Regularly stock and replenish pastries, cakes, pies, and other baked goods.
- Arrive at work punctually and in appropriate attire.
- Maintain professional appearance standards at all times.
- Stay informed about the work schedule.
- Follow safety measures to promote a secure working environment.
- Respond positively to all work-related requests from management to ensure member satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections and maintain all assigned areas effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED; a minimum of two years of experience in a pastry-focused professional setting.
- Alternatively, a two-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.

- Proficient in baking techniques and presentation of dessert offerings using culinary standards and equipment.
- Knowledgeable in food production and presentation, including storage, handling techniques, and sanitation practices.
- Strong mathematical skills for problem-solving.
