Job Title: Mathematics Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our team at Haverhill Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to high school students and will be expected to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices
Requirements:
  • Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education - Mathematics license
  • SEI Endorsement
  • Successful experience or practice teaching in the secondary grades
