The Senior Research Fellow will play a crucial role in conducting research, disseminating research findings, and collaborating with the PI team to institutionalize BUILD-related programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct literature reviews and develop, implement, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research results
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and prepare and co-author proposals, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with faculty and administrators to institutionalize equitable student research training and develop and/or assess online training modules
- Contribute to the design and implementation of programs to promote equity
- Ph.D. in STEM, STEM Education, or a related field
- Experience in working with diverse undergraduate student populations and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Ability to communicate effectively through both oral and written channels and strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with online learning and ability to work independently as well as function effectively in a team and in a diverse setting
- Exercise independent judgment in complex, new, and/or stressful situations and manage multiple, concurrent projects, and meet deadlines
- Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b), Life, AD&D, and Flex Spending benefits
- Full pay range: $32,201,276.00 annually
