Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team in Long Term Care. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities- Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed, maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
- Monitor changes in Resident's condition and report any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
- Transfer and assist residents with mobility using various methods, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Ensure residents are cared for with dignity and respect, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Caregiving experience preferred, but applicants without experience will be considered.
- Nursing Assistant Certification is required for Long Term Care positions.
- Assisted Living positions do not require any certifications.
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
