About the Position:

We are seeking a part-time Coffee Specialist (PM) to join our team at Mollie Stone's Markets. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about customer service and adaptable to various responsibilities on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently prepare high-quality beverages and food items while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products.
  • Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety measures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing customer needs and inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Previous experience as a Coffee Barista and cash-handling skills are preferred.
  • Must be local candidates.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Stand for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Walk for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Reach for up to 4 hours per day.
