Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Hartford, CT office. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience working on medical malpractice defense matters.

Duties include client contact, assisting attorneys with file organization and maintenance, discovery management, trial preparation, gathering and indexing medical records, deposition transcript management, e-filing in state and federal courts, and other case-related duties as needed.

Candidates should have a paralegal certificate or comparable education, a working knowledge of the internet, Westlaw research experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

The firm offers a competitive salary package ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus bonus potential, a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA plans, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k)/profit sharing plan.
