About the Role

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Underground Foreman to lead our underground telecommunication systems installation and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead crews to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • Assist the supervisor with daily activities and communicate with property owners regarding work to be performed.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery in various weather conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have a high school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Have at least three years of related work experience, with previous foreman experience preferred.
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including working alone in remote locations and confined spaces.
