Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Greenfield Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting and coordinating the completion of resident assessments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and developing quality assurance programs to improve resident care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and coordinate the completion of resident assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as the policies and goals of the facility.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the accuracy and completeness of resident assessments.
  • Participate in facility surveys and inspections made by authorized government agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze quality improvement and quality management reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide education and training to the interdisciplinary team on the resident assessment process.
Requirements
  • Valid PA RN License
  • 1 year or more of ICD-10-CM Coding experience (preferred)
  • 1 year or more of SNF insurance reviewing experience (preferred)
