We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Alvarado Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain building areas, including bathrooms and bedrooms, by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting.
  • Restock supplies, including paper products and soap, to ensure a well-stocked environment.
  • Interact daily with residents, visitors, and other staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a genuine care and interest in elderly and handicapped individuals.
