Unit Overview:
The Critical Care Float Pool RN role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and seek diverse experiences. You will have the opportunity to work across four distinct units, collaborating with dedicated teams committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Your assignments will include floating between the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Stepdown Floor.
Position Benefits:
Positions come with a float pool hourly differential, enhancing your earning potential.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of 2-3 years in critical care.
- A minimum of 18 months as a Registered Nurse is required.
- Current RN licensure in good standing in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
- Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required or must be obtained within one year of hire.
- Telemetry experience is necessary.
