Key Responsibilities:

• Process returns and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Lead the customer service experience, providing guidance and support to visitors

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge, communicating with customers and staff to provide accurate information

• Count and process new deliveries, generate labels and tickets

• Work independently in the absence of the Retail Manager, making decisions and taking initiative

• Interact with customers to offer guidance, point out products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions

• Process transactions through the POS, balance cash and register, and solve discrepancies

• Promote and sell membership and its benefits

• Maintain organization, adequate inventory, and initiate restocking of merchandise

• Maintain cleanliness of all customer-facing areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• Two or more years' sales, customer service, or hospitality experience

• Experience in cash handling and Point of Sales systems

• Background and credit report

• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems

• Interest in Museum and Contemporary Art
