Job Title: Concessions Grill Cook

ASM Global is seeking a skilled Concessions Grill Cook to join our team at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concessions Grill Cook to lead our kitchen team in preparing and cooking food to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and production standards.
  • Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures.
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Clean workstation thoroughly before leaving area.
  • Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to associates and customers.
  • Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies.
  • Track product production, consumption, and waste.
  • Inform Chef when supplies or product are low.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lead Line Cook or Line Cook preferred.
  • Experience with high volume food service.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a food service establishment and at least 1 year leadership in a food service establishment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Culinary school preferred.

Benefits:

  • Eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service.
  • Holidays worked are paid at time and a half.
  • Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available after completing 1560 hours in a 365-day time frame.
