At LHC Group, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Gresham, OR area. As a member of our Home Health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering excellent patient care and a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $114,400-$135,200 per year, based on full-time employment and maximum productivity. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time employees. Our benefits package includes holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, employee assistance programs, and more.

The successful Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions. They will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing patient well-being, and evaluate progress.
