Our manufacturing partner is seeking dedicated Assembly Workers to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Compensation: $15-16/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints and operational guidelines to ensure the production of high-quality work that adheres to safety protocols and production timelines.
  • Minimize waste and uphold a tidy and organized workspace consistently.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing assembly is essential.
  • This is an entry-level role; compensation and job responsibilities will align with demonstrated skills from educational and previous work experiences.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Any background in assembling components is advantageous.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Strong communication and listening abilities are essential.
  • Capability to sit and stand for extended periods is required.
