Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality products at our Cocoa plant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales and inventory demands.
- Ensure proper maintenance of plant production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Order raw materials and supplies as needed to meet production requirements.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Prepare and submit production reports and other documentation as required.
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and dust. Protective equipment will be provided as necessary.
