Dishroom Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dishroom Lead to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our dishroom and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.

• Lead and manage a team of dishroom staff to ensure efficient and effective dishwashing and sanitation procedures
• Develop and implement processes to improve dishroom efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste
