Job Details

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Portland, Oregon.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, interpreting images, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various modalities, including 2D and 3D imaging
  • Interpret ultrasound images and provide accurate diagnoses
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians and radiologists, to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and diagnoses
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest ultrasound technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Current certification in ultrasound technology
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
