Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our team. As an Athletic Trainer at PT Solutions, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our patients, working closely with our physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
  • Patient Communication: Establish strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and optimal outcomes.
  • Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, sports teams, and community organizations to promote our services and expand access to care.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications: State licensure and certification as an Athletic Trainer by the American Board of Certification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
