We are seeking a qualified individual to teach as a Pharmaceutical Sciences Adjunct Instructor at Texas Southern University's Joan M. Lafleur College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
About the Role:
- Teach courses at the undergraduate, professional PharmD and graduate levels.
- Provide mentorship, advising and guidance to students in the classroom setting.
- Grade student assignments, examinations and respond to student emails and issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct student evaluations and provide feedback to students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop course materials and syllabi in accordance with college guidelines.
- Participate in college/school activities requiring faculty presence.
- Adhere to college policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology or a basic science/health-related field from an accredited school at the time of appointment.
- Valid Texas Drivers License preferred.
