Tutoring Expert

We are seeking a qualified Tutoring Expert to join our team at Next Level Up, LLC in Colorado Springs. As a Tutoring Expert, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with students ranging from kindergarten to high school, providing personalized academic support and emotional regulation strategies to foster their overall well-being and academic success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, and previous tutoring or teaching experience with students of varying age groups. Strong knowledge of educational principles and curriculum standards is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive hourly compensation of $26-$34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, as well as flexible scheduling for part-time evening and weekend sessions.

1. Individualized Instruction:

• Deliver tailored one-on-one tutoring to students in various subjects, focusing on their specific academic and emotional needs.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to help students manage frustration, reduce anxiety, and regulate emotions during their studies.
• Employ mindfulness and focus strategies to enhance concentration and learning outcomes.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents to support students' emotional and academic development at home.
