Job Overview

The Field Engineer I will be responsible for a variety of construction disciplines, including safety, estimating, project management, and operations. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement construction plans and procedures to ensure safe and efficient project execution
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on construction-related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
