- This role is a technical expert on the Compliance team, driving compliance in CT, modeling inspection readiness behaviors, and leading Review Boards across CT.">
- The Sr. QA Compliance Specialist develops, improves, and monitors Quality Systems for CT, hosts DRB, CAPA Review Board, Change Control Board, reviews and approves all Quality Records for Compliance, and supports Quality LT by generating KPIs/KQIs during Q Council.">
- This role also involves writing and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working to continuously improve areas impacted by deviations, approving relevant deviations and CAPAs, coordinating audit and inspection responses, and maintaining the highest level of inspection readiness at all times.">
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking Key Performance Indicator Quality Metrics, supporting inspections and audits, driving compliance across CT, and building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.">
- A bachelor's degree is required, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and technical skills, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.">
- Mentorship and training other quality team members are also essential responsibilities of this role.">
