Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Dispensary Operations Manager. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing a patient-centric team, and providing clear direction to achieve company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of a dispensary, ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
  • Manage a patient-centric team, providing clear direction and guidance to achieve company initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist with 2-5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
