About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Craftsman to join our team as a Tool and Die Maker. This is a State Approved Journeyman position, requiring excellent knowledge of machine tools, precision measuring tools, and engineered tooling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain complex tooling and dies
  • Operate a range of normal machine tools, including knee and bed milling machines, engine lathes, surface and OD grinders, drill grinders, MIG and TIG welding equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • State Approved Journeyman's card
  • Verifiable experience with machine tools and precision measuring tools
  • Strong understanding of engineered tooling and part drawings
  • Proficiency in Inventor and other CAD software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

This role will work on the 2nd shift, from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
