The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, and assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent professional licensure. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.
