We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Gordon Biersch Brewery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure the dish area, equipment, and chemicals are properly maintained and stored.
  • Inspect and verify the dish machine is working properly and make adjustments as needed.
  • Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as required.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
