Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a skilled Aerial Lineman Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our outside plant construction team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cable, ensuring safe work site setup and maintenance, and adhering to established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques.

• Install and repair aerial telecommunications cable
• Safely operate equipment and vehicles
• Responsible for safe work site setup and maintaining a safe work environment
• Understanding of separation and clearance regulations
• Ability to safely work aloft
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and travel as required

• Previous construction experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• A valid, unrestricted driver's license (Commercial driver's license preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
• Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck and work aloft and climb poles up to 40 feet
