Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wexford Hospital's Pediatric Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address complex health issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
