Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Flex

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized beauty experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, driving sales and promoting Sephora's products.
  • Provide excellent customer service when clients arrive to pick up their orders.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for customer service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
