Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls for our field employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Process payroll on a weekly basis through ADP for all field employees
• Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports as required
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
• Assist with payroll-related reporting and audits
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure payroll accuracy

• Bachelor's degree or CPP (Certified Payroll Professions) preferred
• 2-4 years' experience in payroll processing, garnishments, and payroll taxes minimum
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of certified payroll processes and requirements preferred
• Experience working within ADP payroll systems
