Nurse Assessor

At Allison Pointe Healthcare Center, we are seeking an LPN MDS Nurse / Resident Assessment Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

About the Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled nurse to join our team as a key member of the facility's management. As an LPN MDS Nurse / Resident Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately completing MDS assessments and coordinating the RAI process to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Your expertise will also be essential in providing Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight to guarantee that residents receive appropriate clinical services and reimbursement.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse who possesses a strong background in long-term care and has experience with the MDS/RAI process. A valid LPN license in the state employed is required, along with three years of experience in a similar environment. What We Offer
