We are seeking a skilled Baker Apprentice to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn the craft of bread making and develop your skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and baked goods
• Learn and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines
• Develop skills in bread making, including mixing, kneading, and baking

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn the craft of bread making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
