At American Renal Associates, we are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to lead our hemodialysis team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direction and supervision to direct patient care staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing hemodialysis services to patients.
  • Develop and implement plans of care for patients, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct patient care staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
