We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment within our facility. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various machines, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, including CNC machines, conveyors, and other mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure efficient production processes
  • FOLLOW safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Continuously monitor equipment to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause disruptions
Skill Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in machine maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with various tools, equipment, and machinery
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and its importance in reducing downtime
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
