Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiology Technician to join our team of audiologists in conducting hearing evaluations, fitting hearing aids, and providing follow-up care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing screenings and diagnostic tests under the direction of audiologists
  • Assist with fitting and programming hearing aids
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of hearing aids
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
  • Educate patients on hearing aid use and care
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of audiology clinic
  • Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Stay current with new technologies and advancements in the audiology field
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training in audiology preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a clinical audiology setting
  • Knowledge of audiology equipment and procedures
  • Experience with hearing aid testing, fitting, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Passion for helping individuals with hearing loss
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus
