About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and skilled tax supervisor to join our team at Zagreb Global Group LLC. As a tax supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of tax returns and governmental tax examinations of any complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the quality of the team's work product.
  • Properly staff projects and set budgets.
  • Assume full responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of overall projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate.
  • Develop strong technical knowledge and consistently turn in work that needs little or no revision.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Participate in professional, business, and community organizations to build and maintain a network of client and non-client relationships.

Requirements:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
  • Holds a current and valid certified public accountant's license is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with computer, spreadsheet software programs, and calculator.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles and personal income taxes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
