Position Overview

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Radiology or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with CT certification in Kentucky
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CT imaging

Work Schedule and Compensation:

This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday (6:30 am-4 pm), Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (7 am-4:30 pm). The salary range is competitive, from $45,000 to $80,000, and includes a comprehensive benefits package along with potential sign-on and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director in recruiting new personnel and act as a mentor for training
  • Conduct educational sessions as required and oversee staff scheduling
  • Ensure ACR accreditation for CT Scanners is maintained and renewals are processed timely
  • Guide patients through procedures and equipment, ensuring clarity and cooperation
  • Administer contrast media and medications as necessary, monitor patient conditions, and respond to any changes
  • Perform imaging procedures, evaluate results, and take corrective actions to enhance image quality

This role reports directly to the Director of Radiology and involves hands-on engagement in a collaborative and dynamic departmental setting. Join us in our mission to enhance patient care and community health.
