Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Dietary Aide to assist with preparing and serving meals and beverages to residents, following physician-prescribed diets. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to resident care and well-being, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality meals for residents.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation by adhering to all hygiene protocols and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment.
  • Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, fostering a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties in the dining area as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a food service setting is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to resident care and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
