Overview:
The Community Maintenance Specialist is tasked with executing general repair tasks, preparing units for new residents, and conducting preventative maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through timely and professional service delivery to residents.

  • Address service requests in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Conduct maintenance activities for unit preparations and repairs
  • Uphold the community's visual standards and communicate any concerns to management
  • Comply with safety protocols

Requirements:
Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; Trade School education is preferred

Certifications and Licenses:

  • HVAC/Freon Recovery Certification
  • EPA Refrigerant Certification
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
  • Valid Driver's License

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required
  • Familiarity with various trades such as construction, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

Additional Requirements:

  • Complete in-house training within the initial 90 days
  • Ability to work outdoors and tolerate noise from power tools
  • Comprehend and adhere to safety regulations
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on-call
  • Exhibit professionalism and a commitment to success
