Job Summary

Picazzo\u0027s Healthy Italian Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards are met at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize all plate-ware, utensils, and cookware to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation, adhering to health department requirements and company policies.
  • Assist team members as needed, providing support and positive interactions.
  • Adhere to proper side-work duties, including food storage and rotation, and checking in deliveries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.

Requirements:

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains a sense of urgency throughout the shift.
  • Acts as a true team member, recognizing areas to be helpful and supportive to other staff members.
  • Able to work on feet for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Food handler certification within the county of employment.
